Category screen:

To create new items and link them to accounting to automatically create accounting entries in case of buying and selling

Managing an unlimited number of warehouses and managing the movement of inventory between them using the warehouse transfer feature

Material receipt and delivery bonds:

This feature enables you to receive purchases through a separate process on the system, as well as for the sales process through delivery vouchers with the feature of an installation bond for materials or products that require installation at the customer’s place to follow up on what has been accomplished

Barcode and serial number:

The system supports the barcode feature for quick sales, and several barcodes can be defined for one product. The system also supports adding serial numbers to products or generating them by the system.

Multiple units of measure:

The system enables you to use several units of measurement for the same item and use them in different operations, such as buying by carton and selling by the piece or pill, with no conflict in calculating the cost

Final cost handler:

This feature enables you to add shipping and customs clearance fees to the value of the product so that it directly affects the value of the stock after processing the expenses paid before the arrival of the product

Batch management: This feature is necessary for medical products or any product linked to a specific expiration date, where you can create a batch and specify an expiration date for it

Combined items:

This feature enables the definition of a main item that contains within it several other aggregated items so that one item appears in the sales invoice and affects the stock items in terms of deducting the quantities and calculating the cost accurately for each item

Inventory reports:

The reports provide a large number of reports that help to follow up the inventory professionally, including (stock balance report, inventory ledger report, inventory age report, item batches and validity report – and with the building reports feature, you can build an infinite number of reports
